When you take or upload a photo for the Body Scanner, Color Analysis or Outfit Scanner features, the image is sent to our servers (hosted in the EU) and used to generate your personalised result. We store these images as part of your account so you can view your past scans, and we may use them — strictly tied to your account — to improve our AI models.

We do not share your photos with advertisers, social platforms or any third party other than the AI provider that performs the analysis on our behalf (under a Data Processing Agreement). To delete every photo associated with your account, write to from the email on file — we honour the request within 30 days. Deleting your account also wipes all associated images.
